When the <a href="https://www.chp.ca.gov/home/">CHP</a> arrived at the scene of the accident they found the big rig over turned on the 5 Freeway in Anaheim and the sedan was blocking the number 3 lane. at the time of this report it is still unclear which vehicle the person who passed was occupying. All lanes were re-opened by 8am Wednesday morning. the cause of the accident is currently under investigation.</p>
